If you are not redirected back to your download you can always find your download by logging back into your account at Lelesdesigns.
Because of the quantity you receive it is not possible to send these designs unzipped. Plus your download will go quicker, smoother and organized when they are zipped.
Downloaded the zip file that contains the embroidery files to a specific folder on your computer, Now locate that Zipped file.
Right mouse click on the zipped folder and choose Extract All
The Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders dialogue screen opens. Select destination of the extracted files. Click Extract to begin process
Mac Computers:
- Double click on the zipped folder.
- The unzipped folder will appear next to the zipped folder.
First, close out your browser, then reopen it. If you are still having problems downloading your designs, please restart your computer.
Yes, Instantly After the payment is received, you will Redirected back to my site to download. If not just log into your account and choose download
Designs
I do not recommend resizing. Some customers stated they were able to resize 10% I do not guarantee this will work and if you should try it. I would suggest trying it on scrap material.
If your format is not listed Contact me first to see if it is available in the design you are interested in as I may be able to convert to Pcs, 10o, Bro, Csd, Dat, Dsb, Dsz, Exy, Fxy, Ksm, Pcm, Phc, Stx, Tap, T01, T03, T04, T05, Uxy, Zsk
I currently offer 11 standard formats which include ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, SHV, SEW, VIP, VP3 and XXX unless otherwise specified on the product details page.
Account
Pending – Completed the order but payment has not completed. You will see this status if you pay with paypal echeck or payment fails due to billing address mismatch, card code mismatch, etc.
Processing – The order is completed and payment is received. The designs are ready to be downloaded.
Completed – You have purchased and downloaded your items.
Uncleared – Your PayPal echeck has not cleared yet. To find out what date the funds will clear log into your PayPal account and click details’ link beside the payment. PayPal displays the date they expect the funds to clear through their system. This is PayPal’s policy – not mine!
Cancelled – Order was placed and payment never completed. The order was cancelled.
In order to download files, you will need to create an account. This will allow you to access current downloads and makes it easier to buy in the future. You can feel safe as I DO NOT share or sell your information to third parties. Payment transactions are processed by PayPal. Therefore, it is safe to shop and I DO NOT store your credit card information.

It will open up the credit card info as shown below
Fill in the info and place order. (You can do this even if you do have a Paypal account!)
I do not offer a refund. Embroidery Design are digital data that could be reproduced, for this reason all sales are final. Please ask questions before you make a purchase.
If you accidentally bought 2 of the exact same design on the same account and I can confirm it. I will refund one of them.

The designs themselves are NOT to be sold, shared, traded or exchanged in anyway.
All my photo are copyrighted and owned by Lelesdesigns. You may not use our photos or any Customer Photo. This can create brand confusion and miss represent your work.
